Ticketing Notes: Tickets are on sale for adults and children, age 10 and under. Festival Day Tickets include all performances and activities, except Featured Workshops. They are an add-on ticket. The day festival is for EVERYONE. The evening social and Just Do It Puppet Slam is an adult only event. A limited number of tickets will be sold for the Day Festival & the Evening Slam.

Festival Ticket(s)
Festival tickets allow entrance to the festival from 9:30 am - 5 pm and include all performances & many activities. Seating will be on a first come, first served unless you purchase a VIP ticket which offers priority seating. Children's tickets are for ages 10 and under. For smaller performances a space on the floor immediately in front of the performers will be offered for children. Feel free to bring a blanket or mat. (There are only three Featured Workshops that are a separate fee.)

Gabe Hazuda from 11 - 12:30 will be teaching the art of marionette manipulation and performance in this workshop called Gy A String. Ages 10 and up. Attendance to this workshop will be limited.

Workshops are add-on to the Festival Day Ticket. They are not stand alone tickets. Please ensure you have purchased a Day Ticket. Trash to Treasure - Build a Hand & Rod Puppet from Recycled Materials will be at 1-2:30 pm ! Lead by Anthony Sellitto-Budney, its appropriate for ages 5 and up. We will provide you with a list of recycled materials that you will bring from your own home and we will supplement with do-dads! At the end of the workshop you will have a unique puppet to call your own.

Plus Stop Motion Animation
Workshops are add-on to the a Festival Day Ticket. They are not stand alone events. Please ensure you have purchased a Festival Day Ticket. This stop motion workshop held between 2:40 - 4:10 pm is where kid/adults alike will learn how to animate a puppet in stop motion. This workshop will introduce people behind the scenes of stop motion puppetry & give them the knowledge to create their own animations. They will have the opportunity to get hands on experience.

Social & Slam - Evening Ticket

This ticket provides entry to a Greater Philadelphia Area Puppetry Guild Social for all those interested, and tickets to the evening Just Do It Puppet Slam. The Slam is an adult only puppetry arts event. There will by 8-10 curated performances, a brief intermission and then an open mic/potpourri portion of the evening! If you've never seen adult puppetry....you really must come!
